I am introducing a series called “My Healthy Mind Series” which will touch on topics that can boost mental healing by enhancing the quality of healthy mental and emotional wellness each day. I have been implementing new ideas and practices that have upped my mental recovery such as: nutrition, better quality sleep. less social media time, and much more. I plan to devote one or two posts per month to cover topics that can help revamp daily habits and rituals to improve our mental wellness journey. I hope that others will join me in making positive changes for healing and health.
