It is easy to remember the times that have upset me or hurt me in the past. Sadly, I often find myself taking on bitter or angry emotions when I relive past traumatic events. The best way for me to recover from any unpleasant past is to leave it behind and look to the present time for my source of happiness. Looking forward to a better path and better choices are something that I am happy about, and my mental healing journey has taken a turn for the better by letting go of the hold that past unpleasantness used to have on me.
