As we are nearing the end of this growth mindset challenge, these last steps are to be activities to spark growth within the mindset that can facilitate lifelong improvements. Today’s activity is to look to your coworkers, classmates, family/friends, or peers to find constructive feedback that will reveal how well you have implemented the changes throughout your year, and to help you establish new areas to outline for developing change or improvements. Remember that constructive criticism is designed to reveal things from a perspective other than our own, and will should be considered thoughtfully and carefully before acting upon. Change is useful for mental health recovery, and a growth mindset is a lasting way to add balance and clarity to your life. I hope that others find this activity useful!
